Commure recently launched electronic health record (EHR)-integrated voice and text assistants. These use agentic AI to automate tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling referrals and prior authorizations, streamlining physician workflows.
Nabla, a vendor specializing in ambient documentation, secured $70 million in Series C funding, bringing it’s total funding to $120 million. The company plans to use this investment to expand its agentic AI capabilities, including coding, direct EHR interaction, and new features for nurses.
Mandolin also raised $40 million in seed and Series A funding. The company utilizes AI agents to manage specialty drug intake, benefits, prior authorizations, and revenue cycle management (RCM), aiming to reduce paperwork and improve efficiency.
