Actress Heidi Karam topped the trend in the Google search engine and social networking sites during the past few hours, after she raised the concern of her fans and followers, as she revealed that she and her family were exposed to a severe health crisis.

Heidi Karam published several pictures of herself, through her official account on the social networking site “Instagram,” and commented on them, saying: “Life is not always a happy holiday. Life has many pitfalls and trials… Life is not an easy journey, but it is worth living.”
She added: “During this particular vacation, we as a family were going through a health crisis that was not easy. One day I will tell you about it for one reason, because God appeared in our lives in the utmost magnificence thanks to this crisis. But despite the health crisis, we tried with all our might to cling to hope and faith.”
She continued: “Not everything you see on social media is the truth… the hours of the broad smile and the sweet freshness behind them are hidden pain, sadness and tears… but life is also beautiful with all that is in it, and a wonderful adventure in all its meanings.”
