Liu Zhiquan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Changde Economic Development Zone, attended the opening ceremony and kicked off the opening game. Qu Zhengqian, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, presided over the opening ceremony and announced the start of the game.
The competition was hosted by Changde Federation of Trade Unions, Changde Economic and Technological Development Zone Working Committee and Management Committee, Changde Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television and Sports Bureau, Changde Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and Changde Commerce Bureau. A total of 20 participating teams from Changde Economic Development Zone, Changde High-tech Zone, and municipal enterprises entered the venue one by one.
