[디지털투데이 AI리포터] Media IT Phone Arena reported on the 28th (local time) that Taiwan’s HTC is preparing to release a new smartphone with mid-range specifications this summer.
Recently, the benchmarking website Geekbench acquired information about the new HTC smartphone with the model number 2QDA100. This device is codenamed “crow,” is powered by the third-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 processor, and is expected to come with 12GB of RAM.
Notably, the third-generation Snapdragon 7 chipset is manufactured using the TSMC 4-nano process and boasts a 15% performance improvement over its predecessor. The operating system is expected to run on Android 14 version.
In addition, HTC 2QDA100 has also passed the Bluetooth SIG certification, and the Bluetooth certification document further confirmed that it supports Bluetooth 5.3.
According to sources familiar with HTC, the 2QDA100 will likely be the successor to the HTC U23 released last year and is expected to be released in June or July.
