Hurricane ‘Aida’ swallowed up in New York… “Niagara Falls Level”

Hurricane Ida hit the eastern United States. At least 46 people died as the damage increased.

New York City was swept away by Hurricane Ida.

Water pours into the subway station.

The walls of the New York City subway collapsed in the flood and the water flowed like a waterfall.

46 New York City subways were flooded.

Passengers who could not evacuate spent the night at the station.

Tornadoes have also occurred in some areas of New Jersey.

At least 46 people have died in four eastern states, including New York and New Jersey.

In some cases, accidents occurred because they could not evacuate from a house full of water or because the car door was not open due to the water.

In Queens, New York City, low-income residents living in illegally converted underground buildings were killed.

At least 10 people were killed, including a two-year-old child, parents and an 80-year-old grandmother.

About 200,000 homes lost electricity.

New York and New Jersey have declared states of emergency.
