Ownership Records and Financial Scrutiny
According too ownership documents shared by Hadházy on Facebook, the property was transferred from Zoltán Guller and his wife to Sara Sokira-Orbán and her husband, Tamás Szokira. Hadházy estimates the villa’s value at 400-500 million forints. He questions how the couple financed the purchase.
Hadházy points to Sara Orbán’s company, Art Related Solutions Ltd., as a potential source, but notes discrepancies. Forbes Hungary reported that art Related Solutions Ltd., which primarily deals in art, reported no revenue in its first two years. While revenue increased to 400 million forints and then $100 million in subsequent years, profits remained relatively low, at only ten million forints in both years.
