I filmed a scene with a real snake.. Yousra: “It was very falling and scary.”

The star, Yousra, revealed a number of scenes behind the scenes of her latest movie, “Shaqou,” starting from her choice to perform this role until filming the movie’s poster or poster, which witnessed an incident that truly terrified her.

Huge snake and real horror

During her interview with the “With You Mona El Shazly” program broadcast on ON channel, the star Yousra narrated the scenes of the filming session for the movie poster in which she appeared with a huge white snake surrounding her shoulders, where she said that this snake was real and not added with Photoshop as some people thought, and she added, “The snake was falling.” It was very frightening, and I was dying of fear and had to appear coherent and strong.”

The film’s hero, the star Amr Youssef, published a behind-the-scenes video of filming this promotional poster for the film, via his Instagram account. The video shows the artist Yousra’s moments of terror and her hesitation in touching the snake for fear of it.

I played a man

Yousra revealed that her role was essentially that of a man, but when she heard the details of the character, she did not hesitate to agree to submit it.

In this context, Amr Youssef said that the role of the star Yousra was originally written for a man, but he did not imagine anyone playing the role other than Yousra, so he suggested to the director of the work, Karim El-Sobki, and the author, Wissam Sabry, who agreed with him immediately, but they asked him to try to convince Yousra to take the role. They were afraid that she would not agree to play such an evil role, and in fact I offered it to her, and she liked the role and agreed immediately.

In the movie “Shaqou”, Yousra embodies the character of a woman from the upper class, who leads a gang in secret with great cunning. The film stars Amr Youssef, Mohamed Mamdouh, Yousra, Dina El-Sherbiny, and Amina Khalil, and is written by Wissam Sabry, directed by Karim El-Sobky, and produced by Ahmed El-Sobky. It was shown last Eid al-Fitr season and achieved great success in theaters.
