I love life in Saudi Arabia and I use the Qur’an to raise my children

American actor and singer, Will Smith, spoke about his visit to Saudi Arabia for the third time. He said: “I love life here and feel a sense of belonging. This is my third time and every visit is better than the one before.”
The Hollywood star said in an interview with the “Big Time Podcast” program that the Qur’an and its teachings are part of the curriculum for raising his children, even though the youngest of them is 23 years old today.

He stated that he suffered from many problems in the past two years, which prompted him to think about the inner aspects of himself, and he resorted to reading all the holy books.

Will Smith mentioned that he read the Qur’an from cover to cover during the month of Ramadan, and revealed in the interview that he was surprised by the number of times the Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) was mentioned in the Qur’an, stressing that his story and experience greatly influenced him.
Regarding the Qur’an, Smith said: “I was impressed by the simplicity… The Qur’an is simple and things in it are very clear like glass… and it is difficult to come up with any misunderstanding after reading it, despite the multiple interpretations.”
The podcast guest expressed his admiration for the sequence of stories from the Torah to the Bible to the Qur’an, considering that the connection between these books has not been broken.
