[헤럴드경제=김유진 기자] YouTuber Agglygi (real name Kim Min-young, 33) lost a heated legal case filed against her ex-husband, car racer Seo Ju-won (30).
According to the legal community on the 27th, the 3rd Department of the Daegu Family Court recently dismissed the lawsuit for damages filed by Agglyri against Seo’s boyfriend, Mr. A, and ruled that the plaintiff should also bear the costs of the lawsuit. Agglyi’s side did not appeal afterwards, so the judgment was confirmed as it stands.
Agglyi and Seo married in November 2018, but divorced in 2022.
After the divorce, Agarri filed a lawsuit for damages against Seo’s boyfriend, Mr. A, alleging that Seo had committed an affair during their marriage. Agglyri claimed Seo’s infidelity as the reason for the divorce, but Seo denied it, saying that he met another woman while his family was already broken up.
Mr. appeared. Seo on the YouTube channel last year and admitted that he met another woman during the marriage period, but said, “From my point of view, the family broke up on March 3 (2022),” and “It was wrong to meet woman before signing a divorce, but I didn’t have a relationship.” Cheating is not grounds for divorce. “We got divorced because of personality differences.”
Although Agglyri was confident of winning this lawsuit on his personal broadcast, the court ruled in favor of Seo’s argument.
About the meeting between Mr. Seo and Mr. And, the court said, “The two people (Mr. A and Mr. A) have already exchanged several text messages discussing the details of the property division on the premise of divorce.” In March 2022, the plaintiff sent an agreement to Mr. Seo through a lawyer detailing the specific method of dividing property on the basis of divorce,” he said.
The court said, “Although the plaintiff and Mr. Seo divorced again, it is difficult to say that the married life which is the essence of marriage is actually maintained, so even if Mr. “It cannot be said to be an act that violates or interferes with maintenance.”
Agglygi played an active role in seasons 1 and 2 of OGN game channel’s ‘Hearthstone Agglygglggl’ and SBS TV’s ‘Game Show Yuhui Nakrak’. Currently, he runs the YouTube channel ‘Aglygi’ with around 760,000 subscribers. Seo Joo-won became well-known through Season 1 of Channel A’s dating reality show ‘Heart Signal’ in 2017.
