It’s okay if you don’t understand English!
There are two obstacles to watching foreign presentations online. One isNeed to stay up late due to time zone differencething. and the other isLanguage barrierin.
Of course, foreign events are basically in English. including JapaneseOnly Apple and Microsoft provide multilingual subtitles(Though Microsoft’s subtitles are rough).
But now I haveIt recognizes the smartphone’s voice and translates it, I have a Google Pixel 6a. I watched a Google presentation last night with this “automatic caption”.
Recognize! I understand!
The box that displays the subtitles is strangely large and bulky, but you can move it up and down. I wish I could move left and right.
Also, there was a scene where the voice was mistaken for German or Italian for a moment. I came back soon.
There were some long phrases that couldn’t fit in due to the size of the box, but you can generally get an idea of what they were talking about throughout the event.
