On the other hand, they gave 5 million won each to the accounting team, nutrition counseling team, product development team, home shopping team, and overseas team. Incentives are given to each team, and each team leader voluntarily shared with the team members. Esther Yeo explained, “If you see what the team leader shares, you can see leadership again there.”
The bonus paid to the employees by Esther Yeo was 36 million won, and the morale of the employees increased to the maximum, creating a warm atmosphere.
