If there is a synonym for selflessness its name is Virat; The Pak star praises Kohli

Former Pakistani star Danish Kaneria praised former Indian captain Virat Kohli. Danish Kaneria says that even after being stripped of the captaincy, Virat played well for India and supported Rohit Sharma.

Virat Kohli was stripped of the captaincy last year. After this, the actor slipped into an out form. Virat was heavily criticized by his fans during his poor performances.

There were comments from the fans that Virat should retire from cricket and the team should drop him.

But it was like an answer to all this when the player performed well in the Asia Cup and the T20 World Cup and came back. After this, Kaneria from Denmark praises Virat.

The actor says this in a video shared on his YouTube channel.

‘When talking about players who play selflessly on the field, there is no one more obvious than Virat Kohli. The team led by Virat lost the World Cup and he had to step down as captain.

Many doubted his place in the team. But she didn’t give up. He gave all his support to the new captain. Moreover, he was ready to change his position and play as per the captain’s instructions,” Kaneria added.

Earlier, Pakistan heroes Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis had said that Virat’s passion for cricket was immense and after losing the captaincy, he did not stay away from cricket or leave the team, but that he was improving as a batsman.

‘If there had been any other player, he would have lost interest in cricket after losing the captaincy. But he didn’t even try to think about it. There has been no change in Virat’s intense style of play either.

Instead of causing a problem, he welcomed the decision. If I am out of the captaincy, it will not be a big problem for me. Virat said that I will perform well as a batsman and as a fielder,’ said Akram in an interview with ASports.

“If someone is out of the Pakistan team as captain, he will go home straight away. “I have not seen a single Pakistani player playing with the team as a player after being removed from the captaincy,” said Waqar Younis.
