The highest-earning female player across all sports in 2023 was found to be Iga Sibiontech (Poland), world number 1 in singles on the Women’s Professional Tennis Tour (WTA).

According to this year’s earnings ranking of female athletes published by Forbes, an American economic magazine, on the 22nd, Civil Tech ranked first, earning $23.9 million (KRW 31.07 billion).

Civil Tech came second ($21.9 million) in this year’s ranking of earnings of female sports players published by Sportico, an American sports business media outlet, two weeks ago.

In the Sportico rankings, tennis player Coco Goff (USA) came first with $22.7 million. What the two media sites have in common is that there is a tennis player in the first position in each.

Goff came in third with $21.7 million, while Emma Radukanu (UK, $15.2 million) and Naomi Osaka (Japan, $15 million) were fourth and fifth, respectively.

Among Korean players, Ko Jin-young, who plays in the United States Women’s Professional Golf Association (LPGA), entered the top 10 by ranking 6th in the Forbes rankings in 2021. Last year, she was ranked 18th and this year we it reached the top 20.
