IMG and DAZN are joining forces to transform the fan experience for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. The partnership will see IMG take the lead in producing UK and global English-language programming for the tournament. All 63 matches will be available to a worldwide audience, free on DAZN.
The expanded FIFA Club World Cup 2025, which kicks off in the United States, marks a new era for international club football. Thirty-two elite teams will compete for the title. DAZN aims to make the event the most accessible in history through its collaboration wiht IMG.
IMG will establish DAZN’s global English production hub at its Stockley Park facilities in the UK. The hub will deliver over 1,000 hours of programming to football enthusiasts globally. IMG’s comprehensive role includes live pre- and post-game shows,in-depth analysis,and expert commentary from its virtual studio. A daily post-game show, “The Press,” will recap key moments and social media reactions.
IMG will also manage DAZN’s central editing and graphics processes. This ensures the delivery of interviews, press conferences, feature stories, and highlight packages to DAZN’s core markets, publishing partners, sublicensees, and participating football clubs.
IMG has also secured a sublicensing deal with DAZN to broadcast live coverage of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 on its Sport 24 channels. This ensures that football fans traveling on airlines and cruise ships will have access to the tournament.
