The artist Ruby was keen to participate in the funeral of the artist’s mother, Yousra El Lozi, and the funeral of the body from the Omar Makram Mosque in the presence of family and close friends, as well as stars of art and media.
The cameras captured “Ruby” in a rare appearance at the funeral, wearing an all-black casual outfit, and she was keen to be present and support the artist, Yousra El Lozy, in the death of her mother.
Among the most prominent attendees were the stars of art, the artist Mervat Amin, the artist Donia Samir Ghanem, the artist Iyad Nassar, and the artist Farah Youssef.
Ahmed Al-Lawzi, the brother of the artist Yousra Al-Lawzi, announced the death of his mother through a post on his official Facebook account and commented: “Sawsan went to Mahmoud.” He revealed that the body will be held at the Anglo Hospital in Zamalek, and the family will receive condolences at the deceased’s home in Zamalek from Friday to next Sunday.
