Yambu: The Ministry of Civil Affairs has reiterated that Saudi women should forget their hair and neck in photos on their identity cards. Mohammad al-Jazeer, a spokesman for the Civil Status Department, said the notion that a photo on a woman’s national identity card showed hair or neck was incorrect.
