India Dominates Second Test Against England with Strong Bowling Performance

Visakhapatnam: India in a strong position in the second cricket test against England. India bowled out England for 253 runs in the first innings and took a lead of 143 runs. In response, India were 28 runs without losing a wicket. With this, India got a lead of 171 runs. Yashaswi Jaiswal with 15 runs and captain Rohit Sharma with 13 runs are in the lead.

Jasprit Bumrah’s superb bowling gave India the upper hand. Bumrah’s six-wicket performance crushed England. Bumrah took six wickets conceding 45 runs. Kuldeep Yadav took three wickets. Akshar Patel gets a wicket.

Opener Zach Crawley scored 76 runs and became England’s top scorer. Captain Ben Stokes scored 47 runs. John Bairstow(25), Ollie Pope(23) and Ben Duckett(21) could not play a big innings. England got off to a good start. They were 59 without losing a wicket on one occasion. Kuldeep Yadav gave India the breakthrough by dismissing Ben Duckett (21). England were bowled by Jasprit Bumrah after Zach Crawley, who scored 76 runs, was dismissed.

Earlier, India scored 396 runs on the strength of opener Yashaswi Jaiswal’s brilliant double century. Jaiswal faced 290 balls and scored 209 runs. His innings included 19 fours and seven sixes. Shubman Gill scored 34 runs. James Anderson, Shoaib Bashir and Rehan Ahmed took three wickets each for England.
