Intel Releases New Graphics Driver for Intel Arc and Iris Xe Graphics Series

Intel has recently announced the release of the latest graphics driver version “31.0.101.4953” for its Intel Arc and Iris Xe Graphics series.

This new driver aims to resolve several issues, including graphics distortion in popular games such as “Starfield” and “Alan Wake 2,” as well as performance degradation in “Halo: The Master Chief Collection.”

Furthermore, the update addresses known issues such as crashes while playing Ghostrunner 2 and Dead by Daylight, and display distortion when changing resolution on specific monitors during gameplay of Total War: PHARAOH.

It has also been brought to light that certain products with Iris Xe and Iris Xe MAX are experiencing difficulties in completing the driver installation process. Users may need to reboot their systems and reinstall the driver for a successful installation.
