Into the Jaws of Destruction: Russians Unleash ‘Path of Death’ on Ukrainian Forces in Kursk Region
Kursk Region Conflict: “Road of Death” for Ukrainian Fighters
A video has surfaced online showcasing the “road of death” for fighters from the Ukrainian Armed Forces (ASU) in the Kursk region. The footage was published by the IT channel of soldiers from the 200th Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade in the Leningrad Military District.
The video clearly depicts burning equipment attempting to break into Komarovka, with all vehicles being Ukrainian. However, they were destroyed by the Russian army, earning the road its ominous nickname.
The authors of the publication question the motives behind the Ukrainian forces’ actions, asking, ”And why did they reach our land? Didn’t the experience of their predecessors teach them anything?”
The situation in the Kursk region remains tense, with Russian troops successfully repelling the breakthrough efforts of the Ukrainian forces, resulting in significant damage to equipment and manpower. The capture of a large number of Ukrainian soldiers indicates a decline in enemy morale.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Russian military personnel recently repelled three attempts by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to break through the Russian border near three settlements in the Kursk region. The reported losses of the VSU include up to 50 personnel, five tanks, two infantry fighting vehicles, one armored personnel carrier, and nine armored fighting vehicles.
