This shift marks Apple’s third major design evolution sence the original iPhone. It follows the move from skeuomorphism, which mimicked real-world objects, to the simplified geometry of flat design 12 years ago in 2013. Now, Liquid Glass charts a new course.
The current generation of iPhones, known for their crisp edges and matte finishes, appear to clash with the software’s emphasis on curves, transparency, and organic flow.
