iPhone 17 Pro Max Sees Price Drop in India

New Delhi – February 21, 2026 – The iPhone 17 Pro Max is currently available at a reduced price in India, according to reports. The price has fallen below Rs 1,37,000, marking a significant discount for consumers.

Vijay Sales is currently offering the iPhone 17 Pro Max for Rs 1,47,900, down from its initial launch price of Rs 1,49,900. However, the effective price is even lower due to bank offers available through the platform, potentially reducing the cost by up to Rs 11,000.

This promotional pricing brings the iPhone 17 Pro Max’s effective cost below Rs 1,37,000, making it a more accessible option for those looking to upgrade to Apple’s latest technology. The sale comes after Apple officially revealed the India prices for its iPhone 17 lineup – including the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and a new iPhone Air model – in September of last year.

Pre-orders for the iPhone 17 series began in India on September 12, 2025, with sales commencing on September 19, 2025. The “Awe Dropping” event in Cupertino, where the phones were unveiled, generated considerable excitement among tech enthusiasts.

The price reduction on the iPhone 17 Pro Max follows similar discounts on other smartphone models. Recent reports indicate price drops for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and the Apple MacBook Air with the M4 chip. The iPhone 17 itself has seen its lowest price cut on Flipkart, and the iPhone Air is available for under Rs 65,000 on the same platform.

While details regarding the specific bank offers reducing the iPhone 17 Pro Max’s price were not immediately available, the substantial discount is expected to attract a significant number of buyers. An Instagram post from December 2, 2025, advertised a price of ₹137000 for a 256Gb Cosmic Orange iPhone 17 Pro Max in Orangabad, suggesting the current sale price aligns with earlier promotional activity.

Looking ahead, Apple is already focusing on future innovations. Specifications for the iPhone 18 Pro series have reportedly leaked, hinting at improvements in camera technology, battery life, and other key features. These anticipated upgrades suggest Apple’s continued commitment to pushing the boundaries of smartphone capabilities.

The current price drop on the iPhone 17 Pro Max provides a timely opportunity for consumers in India to acquire Apple’s flagship device at a more competitive price point. The availability of bank offers further enhances the appeal, making it a potentially attractive option for those considering a new smartphone purchase.
