IPL: List of players retained by teams today; The possibilities are thus

Mumbai: Today we know which players each team will retain in the IPL. Each team is allowed to retain a maximum of four players. Before 12 noon today, all teams will have to decide who will retain the players. There are ten teams in the IPL (IPL 2022) from next season.

The maximum investment for each team in a mega star auction is Rs 90 crore. If four players are retained, `42 crore will be deducted from this. 33 crore for three players, Rs. 24 crore for two players and Rs. 14 crore for a single player will be deducted from the total bid.

Let’s take a look at the players that different teams will retain next season. According to the current report, Chennai Super Kings will retain captain MS Dhoni, Ravindra Jadeja, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Moin Ali.

Kolkata Knight Riders will retain Sunil Narine, Andre Russell, Varun Chakraborty and Venkatesh Iyer. Only Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma and Jaspreet Bumra have been ruled out. Delhi Capitals will retain Rishabh Pant, Prithviraj Shah, Akshar Patel and Antri Norkia.

Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson and Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Kane Williamson have been retained. Royal Challengers Bangalore will retain Virat Kohli and Glenn Maxwell. The Punjab Kings have not yet announced a decision on any of them. Ahmedabad and Lucknow are the new teams for next season.
