Israel-Iran Conflict escalates: Attacks and Casualties Rise

Tensions between israel and Iran have intensified, marked by escalating attacks and rising casualties. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) issued a warning to Iranians, urging them to evacuate areas near military installations, citing potential danger.
The IDF, via social media, specifically requested “immediate evacuation” for those near Iranian military sites. The message was disseminated in Arabic by Avichay Adraee, the Arabic spokesperson for the IDF.
IranS Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, stated that Israel had crossed a “new red line” by targeting Iranian nuclear sites. Araghchi asserted that such attacks violate international law, notably during ongoing nuclear talks with the United States.
According to Araghchi, the attacks included the Natanz nuclear site and other Iranian cities, resulting in citizen casualties. he noted the attacks occurred amidst nuclear talks with the U.S.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reported that 13 people have died in Israel due to Iranian attacks since last Friday. Among the victims were three children.Netanyahu added that dozens more were injured, ranging from minor to serious.
Police reported recovering additional bodies from a building hit by a missile, bringing the death toll to 10. Daniel Hadad, a regional police commander, told reporters that six people were killed and 180 injured in Bat Yam. Authorities indicated that more people were likely trapped under rubble.
Yemen’s Houthi rebels, backed by Tehran, claimed responsibility for launching “several hypersonic Palestine 2” ballistic missiles against Israel. The group stated the attacks were coordinated with the Iranian army and targeted sensitive Israeli objectives.
The IDF announced the interception of seven drones launched toward Israeli territory. The Air Force and Navy carried out the interceptions.
Former U.S. President Donald Trump warned Iran against attacking the U.S.,stating that any such action would be met with overwhelming force. Trump suggested a potential agreement between Iran and Israel to end the conflict.
