Iran Foreign Minister Claims Mossad Linked Riots

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi claims there’s clear evidence linking violence during recent protests‍ in Iran to Israeli intelligence agencies, specifically Mossad.

Araghchi,according to Press​ TV on Monday (January 12,2026),referenced a social media⁢ post by former U.S. central⁤ Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director Mike Pompeo, who served during Donald Trump’s first presidential term. Pompeo also previously served as U.S. secretary of State.

Pompeo posted ⁤on January⁤ 2nd ‌that Mossad agents were operating ‍in teh streets of Iran.

Araghchi stated that Iranian police officers were executed by terrorists supervised by Mossad agents, as publicly identified by Pompeo, who were attempting to escalate‍ demonstrations.
