Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Fawad Chaudhry has severely criticized the caretaker government of Punjab for the implementation of Article 144 in Lahore and said that only Maryam Nawaz is allowed to conduct election campaign.
Talking to the media in Lahore, he said that we have approached the Chief Election Commissioner in this regard, Fawad Chaudhry said that no political party can run its campaign after the election schedule. Is only Maryam Nawaz allowed to run an election campaign?
Addressing caretaker information minister Punjab Aamir Mir, the PTI leader said that Aamir Mir should tell us how the election campaign is going. He hoped that the Election Commission would issue an order to abolish Section 144.
In response to a question, he said that Mohsin Naqvi & Company is afraid of Zal Shah’s murder, these rulers want people not to talk about Zal Shah’s murder.
It should be noted that Chairman PTI Imran Khan had announced to hold an election rally on March 12, Sunday, after which the caretaker government of Punjab announced the imposition of Article 144 in Lahore.
