In order to be successful in dieting without harming your health, you must check your physical condition regularly. If you feel hungry all day or have trouble sleeping ⁣at night, your weight loss plan may⁢ be in jeopardy.

“Mood ⁤changes have become more severe.” Americans often use the word ‘hangry,’ a compound word of hungry ​and angry, to express feeling angry because they are hungry. When hunger occurs, chemicals in the brain become⁣ confused, triggering‍ mood states such as ⁣depression, anxiety, and nervousness. Also, ​when you reach‌ this state of mind, your‌ diet plan is⁤ ruined and the side effect of dieting is that you gain more weight than before.⁢

“I obsessively count the calories‍ in my food.” If you have an obsession with counting calories in your ‌head at every ‌meal, ⁢you may be on an unhealthy diet. This is because diet should be helpful for mental health as well as physical health. According to experts, diet should be a means of changing one’s existing lifestyle towards a healthier ‌and more wholesome one. The point is​ that you should⁤ not take away your mental health​ due to obsession or obsession with dieting.
