The Département de l’Isère has opened recruitment for a financial analyst and controller to oversee social welfare payments for elderly and disabled residents.

Operating within the Autonomy Direction, the financial analyst will manage payment processes for allowances such as the APA (Allocation personnalisée d’autonomie) and the PCH (Prestation de compensation du handicap). The local authority currently employs more than 4,700 agents across 250 different professions to support residents in health, social action, inclusion, and daily welfare services.

The position is situated within the Social Assistance and Benefit Payment Service (AS2P). Here, the hire will work alongside service chefs, the service coordinator, and neighboring branches like DITO, ASTR, and ETAB.

Candidates must also demonstrate a mastery of Microsoft Excel. The Département requires at least two years of professional experience within the financial sector or management control.
