ISKCON Condemns Baseless Threats and Calls for Bans
ISKCON General Secretary Charu Chandra Das Brahmachari expressed deep concern over the recent baseless and untrue threats and calls for bans against the organization by Mahmudur Rahman, editor of Dainik Amar Desh.
Charu Chandra Das Brahmachari stated that Mahmudur Rahman’s speech has not only hurt the organization but also has the potential to negatively impact the religious harmony, tolerance, and social unity of Bangladesh. He emphasized that such unwarranted and baseless statements can harm the order and communal harmony of the country.
ISKCON urged Mahmudur Rahman to retract his statement and apologize to the nation. If he fails to do so, the organization will be forced to take strict action and pursue legal measures against him.
