Israeli Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir was injured in a traffic accident – which occurred today, Friday – in the city of Ramla, near the site of a stabbing attack.

The official broadcasting authority said that Ben Gvir was slightly injured in the accident, while Channel 12 said that the injury was between minor and moderate.

According to the broadcasting authority, Ben Gvir’s car ran a red light, causing a traffic accident that led to it overturning. Israeli media reported from Ben Gvir’s office that his daughter, his guard, and his driver were injured in the accident.

The Israeli minister was transferred to Assaf Harofeh Hospital near Tel Aviv to receive treatment.

The Broadcasting Authority said that a female settler was seriously injured in a stabbing attack in the city of Ramla, and Israeli ambulance sources confirmed that the perpetrator of the attack was killed.
