The strikes targeted the top floor of the Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis. The first attack occurred after 10:00 AM. Approximately 10 minutes later, a second missile struck as a live broadcast from a local news channel focused on civil defense workers and journalists sifting through the wreckage.
A journalist from Al-Ghad TV exclaimed, “The civil defense is gone! They [Israel] killed the people!” as the scene filled with smoke and debris.
Video inside the hospital showed a man covered in dust dragging himself away from the blast, and a bloodied cameraman being escorted to a nursing station.
