Ayman Abdel Aziz, the star of Zamalek and the former national team coach, revealed a surprise regarding the return of Imam Ashour, the Al-Ahly player, to the Zamalek club again during the coming period.
Ayman Abdel Aziz said in a television interview on MBC Misr: “If a respectable offer arrives for Imam Ashour from a big club, in my opinion, it is necessary for him to leave. Otherwise, he will continue with Al-Ahly club, and he must not look at the matter in order not to lose.”
He added: “Imam Ashour’s return to Zamalek club is very likely, because we are currently in the era of professionalism, just as he also moved to Al-Ahly club last season, after a short professional trip in Denmark.”
He completed his statements: “Imam Ashour, as an artistic value, adds a lot to the Zamalek club, and I will not talk about emotion, especially since I am not in the position of officials within the Zamalek club, but the fans did not mind this step.”
It is worth noting that Imam Ashour recently returned to participate in Al-Ahly club’s group training, after he was recently injured by a dislocated shoulder while participating with the national team in the friendly Capital Cup tournament.
