A decision to recommend compromise is a procedure for ending legal proceedings by agreement of the parties. It was agreed that Jo Min-ah would keep the son. However, it was decided not to disclose the agreement on property division and alimony.
Hwang Soo-ho, a lawyer at the law firm Lofle, Jo Min-ah’s legal representative, said in an official post that day, “The divorce lawsuit started in June this year, but instead of receiving a verdict by arguing and blaming her each other through the legal proceedings, both sides coordinated their views during the legal proceedings for the sake of their children. The divorce case is complete.”
