First responders pronounced Joss ⁣dead ​at the scene. His husband, Tristan Kern ⁣de Gonzales, confirmed to ‍The Associated Press that Joss ‍was murdered. The couple had married⁣ on Valentine’s Day earlier ⁤this year.

Sigfredo ⁣Alvarez ceja, 58, fled the scene but was ‍apprehended by police a block away.He now ⁤faces a murder charge.
