NEUBURG, germany (AP) — The Judo Club Neuburg recently held its general meeting, where members re-elected the board of directors and recognized long-standing members for their service. The meeting also included reports from various departments within the club.
Financial Report and Auditor’s Advice
Treasurer Franz Mändl reported a deficit for 2024,citing increased hall fees as a contributing factor. Despite the shortfall, Mändl assured members that the association’s financial situation remains stable. The auditor recommended the discharge of the treasurer, a motion that passed unanimously.
Department Reports Highlight Active Year
Reports from the Judo, ski gymnastics, and Kyudo departments highlighted a year of diverse activities. The Judo department detailed sporting and leisure events. The ski gymnastics division reported a accomplished training course.
Ingrid Haußner, along with the Bavarian team, secured second place at the German eneki Championship (60 meters) in Kyudo. Additionally, two Kyudo members passed examinations for the 1st and 2nd Dan ranks.
Board Re-elected with One Change
Following a three-year term, elections were held. Günter Hiermaier, former 2nd chairman, oversaw the election process after the previous board was unanimously discharged. The previous board was re-elected almost unanimously. Rita Ledl, an honorary member and former treasurer, replaced the previous auditor, who was no longer available.
