After the court hearing, he held a joint interview with the media and said that he regretted and felt guilty for the mistakes he had made in the past, so he once again expressed his deep apologies to the injured women.

The trial by the Taipei District Court of First Instance found that Yu Shen was a well-known entertainer at the time of the crime and had a subordinate relationship with the victim, taking advantage of the victim’s trust and seriously violating the rape victim’s right to independent decision-making and body control.

The North Court noted that Yu Shen had not yet made a settlement with the victim, nor had he actually done anything to compensate for the damages, moreover, Yu Sheng had improperly contacted the victim and witnesses prior to cross-examination during the trial process.
