Kerala Super League: Kannur Warriors FC to Face Kochi Force FC in Second Round Match

Kozhikode, September 13, 2024: The Kerala Super League is set to witness an exciting match between Kannur Warriors FC and Kochi Force FC in the second round. The match will take place at the EMS Corporation Stadium, with the Kannur club looking to continue their winning streak.

Kannur Warriors FC Look to Continue Winning Streak

Kannur Warriors FC are gearing up for their first home game with confidence after their first win. A win in tomorrow’s game will see them top the league points table. The team is determined to make the most of their home advantage and secure another victory.

Kochi Force FC Seek First Win

Kochi Force FC, on the other hand, are currently at the bottom of the points table after losing to Malappuram FC in the opening match. The team, led by Portuguese coach Mario Limos, will aim to secure their first win in the league tomorrow at the EMS Corporation Stadium.

Coaches’ Comments

“I was lucky enough to watch Kochi’s first game, and although they lost to Malappuram FC, the team led by Limos played a very good game. So we consider them as the best competitors. Even though I managed to win the last game, I will take to the field tomorrow with a new competitive intelligence,” said Kannur Warriors coach Manuel Sanchez Murias.

“Unfortunately, we didn’t win the first game, we learned lessons from that game, and tomorrow you can see a different team from the first game. And although the signing of two new foreign players will be a boost for the team, they should have time to blend in with the team. Tomorrow we expect nothing less than success,” said Kochi Forza coach Mario Lemos.
