In her first appearance since undergoing abdominal surgery about two months ago, Kate published a family photo yesterday that received about 50 million views, saying, “Thank you for your good wishes and continued support over the past two months. I wish everyone a happy Mother’s Day.”
International news agencies were forced to remove the photo taken by Prince William in Windsor last week and published to the media through Kensington Palace in London on the occasion of Mother’s Day, due to suspicions that some of its details had been subjected to digital manipulation, according to what the British newspaper “The Telegraph” reported.
The agencies “Getty”, “French”, “Reuters” and “Associated Press” removed the photo of Middleton with her three children: Prince George (10 years old), Louis (5 years old), and Princess Charlotte (8 years old), noting that there was an “inconsistency in the alignment of the hand.” The left one belongs to the princess with the sleeve of her jacket.”

After undergoing abdominal surgery, Kate (42 years old) left the hospital on January 29 for her home in Adelaide Cottage near Windsor. The palace did not reveal details about the nature of the surgery performed on the princess, but confirmed that it was not related to cancer.
