The TPL features eight teams representing various tribal settlements across Wayanad. These teams – Chethalayam, Panamaram, Pulpally, Thirunelli, Mananthavady, Sulthan Bathery, Poothadi, and Vythiri - compete in a round-robin format. The tournament is being held at the Government Arts College ground in Kalpetta.
