Kevin Magnussen (Haas F1 Team) finished the 2022 F1 Round 11 Austrian Grand Prix final in 8th place.
Kevin Magnussen, who started from the 7th grid, finished in 8th place, although he surpassed his teammate Mick Schumacher. It was a double point finish for the Haas F1 Team for the second consecutive race.
“What a weekend for our team. It was a really great weekend. I was a little lucky. In a way, the last 4-5 races weren’t good for us,” commented Kevin Magnussen.
“It was a little difficult to calm down about it, but I’ve been lucky in the last two races, especially this weekend.”
“I had a few engine problems in every race, so I prayed to God not to blow and I am truly grateful that I was able to finish the race without any problems.”
“It was a great qualifying, a great sprint, a great race and I’m very happy.”
