Fender Unveils Khruangbin Collection Signature Instruments

Fender has introduced the Khruangbin Collection, featuring limited-edition guitars and basses modeled after those used by guitarist Mark Speer and bassist Laura Lee. This marks the first time Fender has together released signature instruments for both a guitarist and bassist from the same band.
the Limited Edition Mark Speer Stratocaster boasts a natural finish, custom ash body, all-white hardware, a custom “C” neck, and 21 jumbo frets. It also features DiMarzio Pro Track pickups on the neck and bridge, a ’70s Strat middle pickup, vintage-style tremolo, and Graph Tech saddles.
The Limited Edition Laura Lee Jazz Bass comes in vintage white with chrome hardware, vintage-style concentric knobs, a custom “U” neck, a rosewood fingerboard, and 21 jumbo frets. It includes DiMarzio Ultra Jazz pickups. These Khruangbin signature instruments are exact replicas of the axes Speer and Lee have played since their debut album,”The Universe Smiles Upon You,” released a decade ago.
