When controversies over Kim’s false career and award history surfaced, Candidate Yoon said, “I feel sorry for the people,” but does not make a formal apology like a ‘public apology’. He told reporters the day before, “My wife and I are in the position of humbly accepting criticism from the public,” but “It takes time to confirm the truth because it is a long time ago. If the contents are revealed accurately, we should apologize properly. “He said.
Chairman Kim dismissed the ‘gambling allegations’ of the son of Democratic Party presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung, saying, “I am not very interested.” When asked, “Do you think that the situation has been resolved by this candidate’s apology for his son’s gambling?” he replied, “It is for the people to decide.”
