Court documents indicate the couple was served with eviction paperwork Dec. 21, initiating a “proceeding against a tenant holding over.”
after months of noncompliance, four U.S. Marshals arrived at the residence at 3:30 p.m. By 6:45 p.m., Zolciak and Biermann were officially “ejected” from the property. The eviction adds to the couple’s mounting financial and marital woes, which have been publicly documented.
