Kristen Bell Hosts SAG Awards for Third Time
Kristen Bell will host the SAG-AFTRA Actor Awards for a third time, the union announced Wednesday.the awards, formerly known as the Screen Actors Guild Awards, will stream live on Netflix March 1.
Bell, star of “Nobody Wants This,” previously hosted the show in 2018 and 2025. She expressed her enthusiasm for returning in a statement: “I’ve enjoyed hosting the show every time, so it was an easy decision to come back for a third,” Bell said. “What I’m moast excited for is the fact that I’ll be doing what every actor does best…sing :)”
Last year,Bell opened the ceremony with a musical performance, singing “Do You Want to Be an Actor?” to the tune of “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” from her film “Frozen.”
The Actor Awards recognize outstanding achievements in acting and stunt ensembles, honoring both lead and supporting performances in film and television. Winners are selected by the SAG-AFTRA’s 160,000 members.
