Kristen Bell Hosts SAG Awards for Third Time

Kristen⁤ Bell will host the SAG-AFTRA Actor Awards for a third time, the union announced Wednesday.the awards, formerly ‍known as​ the Screen Actors⁣ Guild Awards, will stream live on ⁢Netflix March 1.

Bell, star of “Nobody Wants This,” previously hosted the show in 2018 and 2025. She expressed ⁤her enthusiasm for returning in a statement: “I’ve enjoyed hosting the show every ⁤time, so it was an easy decision to come back for a third,”‌ Bell said. “What I’m moast excited for is the fact that I’ll be doing what every ​actor does‍ best…sing :)”

Last year,Bell opened‌ the ceremony ⁣ with a musical performance, singing “Do You Want to Be an Actor?” to the tune of “Do You Want to Build a‍ Snowman?” from her film “Frozen.”

The Actor⁣ Awards recognize outstanding achievements in acting and stunt ensembles, honoring both lead and supporting ‌performances in film and ⁣television.⁤ Winners are selected⁢ by the SAG-AFTRA’s 160,000 members.
