Cavallari wrote that people can see every line and pore in the picture. She added that she has said many times that she doesn’t do Botox, and it is obvious if people watch her talk on TV or in an interview. She said her face moves a lot, and people can see the lines on her forehead.
Instead, Cavallari credits her smooth skin to a rigorous skincare routine, including Platelet-rich Fibrin (PRF) injections and microneedling treatments every few weeks. She said PRF has changed the skin under her eyes, and she also has it done around her mouth and injected into her lips.
