Kyung-Hoon Lee, tied for 7th in 2R of the PGA Travelers Championship… 2nd and 1st shot

Kyung-Hoon Lee, tied for 7th, went around the turning point of the American Professional Golf PGA Tour Travelers’ Championship.

Rory McIlroy (Northern Ireland) and JT Poston (USA), who were joint leaders in the first round, hit an even par in the second round, and fell to a joint 7th place with Lee Kyung-hoon.

McIlroy, who was considered a strong contender for the championship, took the lead with six birdies and one bogey up to the 11th hole, recording a 5-under par, but a quadruple bogey on the par 4 12th hole and a double bogey on the par 4 15th hole collapsed.

After the game, McIlroy said, “I was sluggish on the 12th and 15th, but I got a birdie right on the 16th and recovered well. .

Si-woo Kim, who competed with Kyung-hoon Lee, missed the cut by one shot with a 1-under par 139 in the middle, and Sung-hoon Kang also failed to advance to the third round with only 147 7-over-pars.
