LaFerrari sells for over 5 million euros at Zoute Grand Prix, Nieuwsblad reports

The Zoute Grand Prix auction generated a total of 33.6 million euros, surpassing the 30 million euro minimum target set by the auction house and exceeding last year’s 26 million euro result by 7 million euros, Nieuwsblad reported. Hosted by Broad Arrow at the Approach Golf in Knokke, the event drew collectors from Belgium and abroad who placed bids both in person and online.

Broad Arrow Auction Results and the Record LaFerrari Sale

The standout vehicle of the auction was a 2025 Ferrari LaFerrari that sold for slightly more than 5 million euros, matching its pre-auction estimate of 4 to 5 million euros. This was the duurste wagen die ooit verkocht werd op een Belgische veiling, said Gregory Tuytens of Broad Arrow, as reported by Nieuwsblad, noting that the sale set a national auction record. Tuytens added that 89 percent of all lots offered during the event found buyers.

Beyond the LaFerrari, several other high-end vehicles commanded multi-million-euro prices. Nieuwsblad reported that a Porsche Spyder Weissach 918 sold for 3.12 million euros, a red Porsche Carrera from 2005 fetched 2.76 million euros, a McLaren P1 reached nearly 1.9 million euros, and a Ferrari Competizione 812 brought in 1.5 million euros. A Cadillac previously owned by King Baudoin also changed hands for nearly 45,000 euros.

Bavaria Motors Generates Most Turnover Outside Belgium

The Zoute Grand Prix Car Week also featured prominent regional presence from official partners such as Harelbeke-based Bavaria Motors, which is marking its sixth year supporting the event. According to reporting by Made In, Bavaria Motors operates as an independent dealer of premium sports cars and serves as the partner for German manufacturer RUF Automobile GmbH. Company founder Lieven Gheysens noted that seventy percent of Bavaria Motors’ turnover is generated outside Belgium, serving clients across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

Broad Arrow’s 33.6 million euro total marks a substantial increase over its performance during the previous year’s event in Knokke-Heist, demonstrating the drawing power of exclusive inventory among international collectors.

Bonhams Projects 16 Million Euros in Sales

The Zoute Grand Prix Car Week concludes with a final day of sales managed by rival auction house Bonhams, where total sales are projected to reach approximately 16 million euros, according to Nieuwsblad.
