Previously, in 2014, Hoan Cau Da Lat Joint Stock Company was approved by the People’s Committee of Lam Dong province to rent Palace I (Bao Dai Palace), Tran Quang Dieu Street, Ward 10, Da Lat City and the villas in the area. members to implement the King Palace project.

The project’s goal is to restore the current status and build new villas and hotels to serve tourists with a total initial area of ​​about 18.2 hectares.

In March 2015, this enterprise was granted a land use right certificate and in September 2015, the King Palace project went into operation.

In June 2022, Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee issued a decision to recover land for this project.

However, exploitation and business at the King Palace project still take place.
