Lando Norris Unveils Dazzling ‘Liquid Carbon’ Helmet Design at Singapore F1 GP
Lando Norris Unveils Quadrant-Themed ‘Liquid Carbon’ Helmet for Singapore F1 Grand Prix
Lando Norris, the founder of esports organisation Quadrant, has revealed a unique helmet design for the 2024 Singapore F1 Grand Prix. The McLaren driver’s helmet features a Quadrant-themed design, marking a departure from his signature fluorescent green color.
The ‘Liquid Carbon’ design is a preview of Quadrant’s rebranding, scheduled for early 2025. This isn’t the first time Norris has incorporated Quadrant into his F1 helmet design. In 2022, he wore a design based on the Halo game character ‘Master Chief’ at the Singapore Grand Prix.
Norris is the second F1 driver to wear a gaming-themed helmet design in 2024. Visa Cash Up RB Hiroki Tsunoda wore a VALORANT-themed helmet during the Belgian Grand Prix weekend as part of a collaboration with Red Bull Gaming.
Quadrant has established itself as a major player in the gaming and esports space in the United States since its launch in 2020. The company has secured a seven-figure investment through a seed round in January 2024 and expanded its existing partnership with audio brand JBL Quantum in May 2024.
Quadrant’s esports team includes Ethan ‘Fifakill’ Pink competing in Call of Duty: Warzone competitions. The organisation also comprises five content creators, merchandise sales, and athlete sponsorships.
