According to the authorities of Heping District, Shenyang, an explosion occurred at a restaurant in Taiyuan Street, Heping District, about 1.5 km from Shenyang Railway Station around 8:20 am (local time) on the same day.
Shenyang city officials said four people were killed and 47 people were seriously injured in the accident, and several nearby buildings and vehicles were also damaged.
