Las Vegas is home to the world’s largest collection of pinball machines, housed at the Pinball Hall of Fame on the Las Vegas Strip.
The Pinball Hall of Fame, located at 4925 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89119, opened its new dedicated location on April 15, 2021, offering twice the space of its previous Tropicana site.
Spanning 25,000 square feet, the museum features pinball machines ranging from the 1950s to the 1990s, with a focus on the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s — widely regarded as the heyday of pinball.
The collection belongs to Tim Arnold, a member of the Las Vegas Pinball Collectors Club, and includes vintage, rare, and brand new pinball machines, along with a few arcade novelty games.
As a not-for-profit corporation, the Pinball Hall of Fame directs excess revenues to non-denominational charities and does not operate ticket-spitting or redemption games, focusing solely on pure pinball entertainment.
The museum is open to the public with admission based solely on quarters-per-play on each table, allowing visitors to enjoy non-violent arcade games for small denominations.
Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. To 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. To 10 p.m., making it accessible for both daytime and evening visitors.
Situated directly across from the ‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ sign and near Mandalay Bay, the Pinball Hall of Fame stands as a distinctive attraction on the famed Las Vegas Strip, drawing enthusiasts of classic games and arcade culture.
